1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• All rates are inclusive of 5% service charge and 8% Value Added Tax (VAT)
• All rates are non-commissionable.
• The agreed rates are exclusively for the leisure market
• All rates are inclusive of above-mentioned services. All extra services are subject to additional charge
• All rates are based on cabin availability
• Child reduction applicable only if sharing a cabin with maximum of 2 adults
2: CANCELLATION
The Cancellation Policy and penalty for the tour.
a) Full refund for tours that must be canceled due to bad weather.
b) Full refund if you cancel booking 72 hours prior to the tour departure
c) Free of charge to any changes of tour departure date before 72 hours to departure
d) Non refund for any cancellation after 72 hours to the tour departure
e) Any refunded amount will be subject to be charged 3-7 USD due to the difference of converting exchange rates and 5% for banking fees
3: PAYMENT METHOD
Except as otherwise agreed by Vega Travel, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash in Euros, Dollars or Vietnam Dongs Credit card are accepted with 5% bank’s charge.
In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Vega’s bank account.
Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Vega Travel must be paid by the Client.
