Booking & Payment Policy

To book a tour with RAW Travel Company, guests can choose one of the following methods:

Option 1: Book Directly on Our Website

• A 15% deposit of the total tour price is required to confirm the booking.

• The deposit must be paid via our secure payment link.

• The remaining balance is paid upon arrival.

Option 2: Book via WhatsApp

• A 15% deposit of the total tour price is required to secure the booking.

• Deposit can be paid via PayPal or our secure payment link.

The remaining balance is paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour start date
  → Deposit will be refunded (excluding payment processing fees).

• Cancellation within 3 days before the tour start date
  → No refund of the deposit.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellation by RAW Travel Company

RAW Travel Company will only cancel tours in cases of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions that affect travel safety. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

• Any transaction or payment fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.
